‘De Blauwe Hand’ was created in 1760 in the Antwerp dyer’s district. It was only at the beginning of the twentieth century that its popularity soared.
Today almost everyone has a bottle of De Blauwe Hand in their pantry. It is the vinegar of choice for many salads but can also be used for cleaning or doing your windows or even descaling.
