I have been working at Campbell’s for five years and have held various positions in the accountancy department: customer accounts, the Campbell Coordination Center and general accountancy. These days, I spend half of my week working in Utrecht as Plant Controller.
As accountant, I was already responsible for checking all incoming and outgoing invoices and reporting. A new aspect of my current position is the plant’s accounts, the analytic calculation of pricing, drawing up budgets and budget control. My challenge is to optimize, to simplify matters and make them more transparent. As a result, management trusts me and I can make decisions independently.
I think that I have a lot to learn, which is why I am always searching for new challenges. I want to work in as many departments as possible. I have always been given these opportunities at Campbell’s. If I want to follow training, all I have to do is ask.
