SENIOR BRAND MANAGER FOR D&L

your challenge

  • Brand Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager for Sauces & Desserts.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing the marketing plan for the D&L brand.
    - Responsible for all business issues relating to the brand, managing the team internally and externally in order to ensure that the plan is carried out effectively, finding solutions to day-to-day operational and commercial concerns.
  • Developing plans for the D&L brand:
    - Complete analysis of the current situation relating to the brand.
    - In association with the Marketing Manager, rewarding objectives, strategy and brand KPIs
    - Formulating a brand activity plan
  • Brand Management
    - Working cross functionally in order to solve day-to-day operational/commercial issues affecting the brand.
    - Implementing brand activities
  • Budgetary control/financial management
    - Keeping marketing expenses under control, staying within the agreed budget.
  • Communication to the consumer:
    - Ensure that all communication is carried out within the agreed brand strategy/brand positioning
  • Business acumen:
    - Continually re-examining/analysing P&L, distribution, pricing, strategy of the category, promotional activities / plans

your profile

  • You have a minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience within marketing, preferably in an FMCG environment
  • Experience in people management is an advantage.
  • Excellent commercial and communication skills
  • Being innovative and creative, proactive and having a hands-on mentality are all a must
  • Analytical approach
  • Fluent in 3 languages (NL/FR/EN)
  • Passionate about food
  • You have successfully completed your TEW (applied economic sciences)/commercial engineering/commercial science studies.
